How these tools are built
Most online income advice is vague about numbers. These tools exist to make the numbers concrete. Every calculator shows its formula, includes a worked example computed by the same code, and states its assumptions and limits. They run entirely in your browser, so what you type is never sent to us, and we never build in fee tables or exchange rates that would go out of date: fees and rates are always figures you enter from the current terms you are looking at.
Each formula is covered by automated tests that check the calculator against independently worked examples. They are general-purpose estimators, not tax, financial or legal advice. Our earnings disclaimer explains how we treat every figure on this site.
